Chances are you’ve heard of organic matcha. Whether it was a girlfriend telling you all about her time spent drinking matcha tea in LA, or if you’ve simply been researching the next possible addition to your Keto diet, organic matcha has probably come up. Matcha tea is a specially grown and processed green tea varietal that is shade grown and organically cultivated in East Asia. For centuries matcha tea has played an essential role in Japanese and Buddhist cultures but this wonderful tea has only just begun to make a name for itself in the West in the past few years. The big question becomes, is matcha or matcha powder a suitable addition to my keto diet.
Enzo Matcha Green Tea itself is absolutely keto friendly. The shade grown tea leaves are ground up into a fine powder and sold entirely natural, making this tea a perfect addition to just about any diet. But what about keto? Matcha alone is not going to contribute to your keto diet. The keto diet depends on a high volume of good fats to ensure your body enters the metabolic state necessary to burn weight.
There’s good news though! Scientists, foodies, and heal food professionals around the world have come together to develop a range of keto matcha powders and recipes. By simply adding a variety of healthy fats to your matcha you can turn this healthy tea into a contributing source of your keto diet’s needs. Some examples of fat mediums you can add to your matcha tea include grass-fed butter, coconut oil, and MCT oil, among many others.
There you have it. Matcha tea and matcha powder are, in and of themselves, a completely healthy addition to just about any modern diet. However, if you’re up for it and with a little work you can turn this ancient health drink into the perfect addition to your modern keto diet.
We had booked the hotel center of Patong, but they dumped us unexpectedly. On the phone, my friend says he found a place near the Patong City Hotel while I was shopping in Junceylon (I needed shoes but I couldn’t find a parking space), but a nice surprise would have made me stroll around Bangla Road for much longer than I would have expected.
My friend hadn’t told me the place near Patong City hotel wanted us to check in personally since we had called at the last minute, so I wasted time and I couldn’t get to the hotel on time. That evening I had the new shoes bought at the Jungceylon Shopping Center on my feet, but I never imagined that I would have wandered without a place to sleep.
Fortunately, Bangla road has helped me pass the time. During the evening, the road is for pedestrians only. Virtually all tourists flock here. A beer costs more than other areas, but you’re on Bangla Road.
There are clubs of all kinds, so I first listened to some live music, the was a show with different singers that sang in English as well as Thai.
Then I had a few drinks and in the end, I was also fooled by one of the “promoters” (bouncers who lure you in) of a ping pong show and I ended up paying 900 Bath.
If there had been a problem checking in at the hotel center of Patong where we had booked first, I would have had more problems. Bangla road is fine at night, but I don’t know how I would have spent the night if I had decided to hang out in places like Junceylon where I was in the morning.
I slept the next day. Thai hotels are very efficient and do not accept delays: lessons learned.

You know I love restaurants and food, but I still search for my ideal karon beach family hotel. A fantastic hotel near karon beach where I can chill in solitude or party in the hall if I want to. Yet, my karon beach hotel is just a dream, for now.
Phuket restaurants have no mysteries for me. On karon beach alone, I ate more than any tourist and local put together. I blame the Karon beach. The beach has fine sand that I like so much, but the crowding of the beach and the frequency of the tides have pushed me more and more inland. In a nutshell, I spent a lot of time in restaurants and street food stalls.
The coast seems infinite because of its 5 km long, and it takes a long time to explore it all. I have been there long enough to recognize seasoned travelers from those who are there for the first time.
What I love about the place is tranquility, and I can’t lie on the beach without feeling my neighbor’s breath on my neck. For this reason, I dream of a karon beach family hotel that allows spaces where you can be perfectly alone.
The first time I went I fell in love with Kata beach because the place is heavenly. Especially at sunset, you can take fantastic photos. The street food stalls remain very close for any snack you want to make. If you want to stay there instead you can do physical activity in the water. A lovely place increasingly crowded with tourists in recent years.
I have to say that was the beach that I remember. Today it is different, perhaps a little uglier than it was. In the evening I always like to go there at Kata beach because they always do something, but calmly compared to other places where people let off steam in sometimes irritating ways.
I advise to Nana Family Hotel Bangkok can be a nightmare. Always be careful when you are near Nana Plaza with children, because aside for the high number of restaurants to choose from, there can be extreme noise. I said yes, we are going to book online another nana hotel bangkok. Wrote down, and done! I love food, but any children would hate the noise at night when it’s too hot.
My girlfriend and I went with a couple of friends, who had a six-year-old son. I recommended booking near Nana Plaza because the nightlife is more accessible, but I hadn’t considered noise. We arrived in time to check-in and then went for a ride, ate and prepared to spend a quiet evening. We rarely go out on the first evening.
When I looked for a hotel, my idea was to write nana hotel bangkok to find a hotel that was between nana plaza and the w xyz bar that I love. I didn’t expect to find a family hotel near Nana plaza immediately.
That first night was lovely, I didn’t even hear many noises and the air was perfectly mild. The following day it was different. In the evening we started by hearing the music, then the noises of the cars and even some dancers who had put even louder music music to dance in front of the passers-by and hope to get some tips.
It was warm enough but it wasn’t asphyxiating. We slept badly with the windows closed, so if we as a couple still got along well, our friends had problems getting their baby to sleep.
Luckily they had me and my legendary patience. I took the boy with me to restaurants in bangkok, eating Thai, fried, vegetarian, and western-style food. Mostly I ate and he kept me company because after the first two restaurants he was already full. Children at that age are very lively and risk requiring a lot of attention.
The night before I won a prize in a Bangla Road club. I went in by chance, after turning behind the Patong City Hotel and reaching Bangla Road. I won a raffle for some vouchers to be used only in local restaurants. Here I am now in the middle of Patong stuffing myself with delicious food.
Among shows of all kinds, a club in Bangla Road was going to award 5000 Bath in vouchers to a lucky winner. I was not thinking about winning the prize, but I got a ticket anyway because it was free if I bought two drinks. So I did.
I only have 24 hours to use these 100 Bath meal vouchers for a total of 5000 Bath. Each one of these allows you to eat in almost all Patong restaurants, and some street food cart.
This morning, I was on Patong beach where I had breakfast with two meal vouchers. Just something fresh: a freshly cut durian fruit and some ice-cream. Fortunately, I could not smell the peel too much, because the seller had hidden it well.
Food on the beach isn’t the best. For this reason, I am now in the middle of Patong looking for excellent restaurants. It was difficult to resist all the street food carts, but I found Naughty Nuri’s, where I ate excellent ribs, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I had just a few bites before lunch. Going down I found myself at the Madras Cafe because I didn’t want to eat spicy food. The food was gorgeous, very delicate and different.
I still had a lot of time, so I went into the center of Patong. Here I already see fewer restaurants. Probably, I will have to return more towards the coast. I asked around and found something. I’ll see if I can discover an exceptional place.
One of these friends of mine and I headed to a restaurant that makes Thai food. As soon as we enter there is that much sought relaxing atmosphere, just like any classy restaurant I went into. We ask for a table, we order and read the messages sent from the other friends who had found a restaurant where they made western food.
After less than an hour, everything turned into a living hell. Flocks of tourists had begun to arrive en masse in пхукет. I remember trying to look at the clock on a wall to find out what time it was, but I couldn’t see it behind the heads and the bodies of all the tourists lined up. The place was full!
Before the tourists arrived, they had already brought us two of the three main courses we ordered. Now, we had been waiting for the third course, the dessert, for over twenty minutes, because they were very busy managing the new arrivals.
Finally, I saw a column of sparks rising behind the mass of tourists that prevented me from seeing the clock. Like the waters of a sea that are parted by a mystical force, I saw appearing a dessert trolley pushed by a remarkable waiter who repeatedly shouted something very similar to our “step aside!”.
The dessert trolley was protected by a glass case, so the sparks did not risk going to the dishes, but I worried that a fire would break out. Instead, everyone laughed and was very happy. My friends also had a similar experience that day. How bold those restaurants are! I like hanging around any hotel near Patong beach since that day.
Stevia is a perennial plant (Asteraceae or Compositae family), native to South America, especially Brazil and Paraguay. The active ingredients that give the sweetening properties (for example, stevioside and rebaudioside A), are concentrated entirely in the leaves. As we know, stevia is much sweeter than sucrose (the common sugar used in cooking), with the advantage, however, that it contains absolutely no sugars and calories.
Is stevia bad for your health?
Let’s start by saying that this plant is in all respects a good sweetener, useful for diabetics but also for those who want to lose weight and must necessarily follow a low-calorie nutritional regimen. So, stevia does not pose a threat to your health. However, there are some contraindications regarding its laxative effects, which however only occur if large quantities are used, and may cause hypotension, so it is not recommended in case of low blood pressure.
What about the Amazon best stevia drops?
Enzo’s Caramel Stevia Drops is the most ranked item by costumers. Currently, there is no Amazon’s choice product. it is a flavored extract so you have to be very careful about the doses otherwise you risk ruining the flavor. For example, I use 3 drops for low-fat white yogurt and 4 for a large cup of coffee. It is written that it contains all the ingredients of Stevia, but the flavor is not like natural stevia (way sweeter), because it probably contains an artificial sweetener even though there is no mention in its ingredients list.
Is the Amazon best stevia powder any better?
There is currently no Amazon’s choice product either, and the best candidate seems to be USDA Certified Nature Restore Stevia Leaf Extract Powder. In addition to the value for money, the powder is organic and it tastes naturally sweet. It can be used both in recipes and added as a sweetener for tea. The almost complete absence of side effects allows its use even in children and pregnant women, provided, always, not to abuse it.
Macadamia nuts are considered to have the most fat among all tree nuts. Each macadamia nut is packed with monounsaturated fat (the good fat) which helps lower cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of stroke and any heart disease. What do these nuts contain? According to nutrition experts, they are a good source of fiber, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, vitamin B6, zinc, and selenium.
Eating macadamia nuts bring a bunch of benefits to the body. Aside from being a good snack to keep blood pressure low, it also keeps your skin, bones, and metabolism in check. It is also good support for people who aim to the path of losing weight. Macadamia nuts, known for having rich healthy fats but low in carbohydrates, have been famed for being well-suited for low-carb diets like the ketogenic diet. A ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet. And low-carb meaning very low. This kind of diet includes a huge reduction of carbohydrate intake, in exchange, replacing with fat.
Although macadamia nut trees grow in tropical areas such as Australia, Indonesia, South Africa, Kenya, Brazil, and New Zealand, planning to buy macadamia nuts isn’t so difficult at all especially that online stores are popular and much easier to access.
Preferring to buy macadamia nuts online lessens your trouble to go out of your house and travel to and fro the nearest supermarkets. Whether you are still in the office or busy with something else, online stores are just a click away. Just like in the supermarkets, there are also a lot of available options online— from different brands or types of macadamia products to bulk or individual orders. You can even choose either raw, roasted, organic or nuts still in the shell. Plus, most online stores provide free delivery services so no need to sweat about delivery fees.
