Not every amazon macadamia nut is the same. To fill you up with energy and assimilate the beneficial substances for the body, salted macadamia nuts are not exactly ideal. Not because the amazon best macadamia doesn’t have good nutritional values, but because I like to eat salty. And that’s a bit bad.
But with salted macadamia nuts, you can delight the palate of anyone you know! The secret is macadamia nuts, healthy and delicious food you can indulge with salty variations once in a while. For one thing, I use macadamia nuts (salted and unsalted ) to make excellent brownies.
Want to try it out? Get flour and dark chocolate in equal quantities (if you choose 5 oz / 150 g of flour, then 5 oz / 150 g of chocolate), two jars of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of baking soda, half the amount of brown sugar compared to the amount of flour used (if you have chosen 5 oz / 150 g of flour then use 2.5 oz / 75-80 g of brown sugar) and the same also for macadamia nuts (if you use 5 oz / 150 g of flour, then 2.5 oz / 75-80 g of macadamia nuts).
I have done many experiments, and the brand I use for my recipes is My Choice. The salted macadamia nuts of this brand are available in perfect packages for this recipe. I use almost all of them, and those that remain go straight in my mouth while I cook.
The recipe follows the normal steps for cooking brownies: chocolate is melted with coconut oil; the dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl, where we add yogurt, oil, and melted chocolate when ready.
Cut the salted macadamia nuts into pieces (or just use the mixer to chop them). Pour them into the dough and bake at 360 F (180 � C) for half an hour. Then let it is cool down so that you can cut everything into rectangles. The scent is delicious! Brownies ready!!!
